Kit online registration
Kit online registration
Visit myEMR (myemr.idna.gr) and create your professional profile with your own passwords by selecting the Register button.
Serial registration
Select Register New Kit / Resume Registration and register your patient’s iDNA PGx CNS kit. Enter the Serial Number that you find attached to the back of the registration leaflet. This number is in the format ID123456, with the first two digits consisting of letters and the remaining six digits consisting of numbers.

Select the registration language that also determines the language of the results report

Complete the Patient Consent for the Protection of Personal Data concerning Pharmacogenetic Analysis
Buccal swab sample
Enter the date on which your patient’s buccal swab sample was collected
Check & finalize registration
Check the data you have recorded to ensure that it is correctly reflected in the report, as there is no possibility of correction after finalization.
If your patient chooses to register their own iDNA PGx CNS Kit, you will receive email notification to provide consent for the Pharmacogenetic Analysis. Select the Consent menu within your professional myEMR account and provide your consent for the analysis to proceed.
How to complete your registration?
Make sure you have signed the documents included in the Kit. Your patient must complete and send them to iDNA Laboratories.
Log into myEMR (myemr.idna.gr) and create your personal profile with your own password by selecting the Register button

Serial registration

Patient data
Enter the patient's personal details. Then, enter the details of the attending physician who you wish to have access to your results. Select a doctor from the available list. With your physician's consent, the process will proceed. The treating physician will always have access to your results.

Complete the Consent Statement and learn about the Privacy Policy regarding Pharmacogenetic Analysis.
Buccal swab sample
Enter the date on which the buccal swab sample was collected.
Check & finalize registration
Review the data you provided to ensure it is correctly reflected in your personal report. After finalisation there is no possibility of correction.
Payment
Pay for the pharmacogenetic analysis by debit/credit card or prepaid card. In the case of payment by credit card, the possibility to pay with up to 6 interest-free instalments.
How to complete your registration?
Fill in the 3 documents included in the kit and sign them.
Make sure they are also signed by your treating doctor.
Send sample kit
Inform your patient that they must send the iDNA PGx CNS kit box to iDNA Laboratories.

Place the swabs inside the iDNA PGx CNS Kit and return it to iDNA Laboratories.

Results
Within 15 business days from the receipt of the swab sample from our laboratory, your patient’s result report will be ready. The results of your patient's Pharmacogenetic Analysis will be available in your myEMR account. You will be notified by email.
