How to register your kit online
Visit myEMR (myemr.idna.gr) and create your professional profile with your own passwords by selecting the Sign up button.
Serial registration
Select Register new kit / Resume registration and register the kit provided to your patient. Enter the Serial Number which is in the format CH123456, with the first two digits consisting of letters and the remaining six of numbers.
Language selection
Select the language that determines both registration and the language of the results.
Patient data
Enter the personal details of the person who provided the buccal sample (name, address, contact details).
Terms and consents
Complete the Statement of Consent and learn about our Privacy Policy.
Buccal swab sample
Enter the date on which the swab sample was collected.
Questionnaire
Fill in the Cardio Health questionnaire online.To complete it you need recent blood pressure, cholesterol and blood glucose measurements of the patient.
Check & finalize registration
Review the data you recorded to ensure it is correctly reflected in your patient's report.
It is necessary to complete the above Kit registration process and questionnaire before sending the sample

Payment
Pay online the iDNA Cardio Health Kit by debit/credit or prepaid card. In the case of payment by credit card, the possibility to pay with up to 6 interest-free installments.
It is necessary to complete the above Kit registration process and questionnaire before sending the sample

Inform your patient that they must send the iDNA Cardio Helath kit box to iDNA Laboratories.

Send sample kit
Place the swab inside the iDNA Cardio Health Kit and return it to iDNA Laboratories.

Results
Within 20 business days from the receipt of the swab sample from our laboratory, your patient’s result report will be ready. The results of your patient will be available in your myEMR account.
A notification will be sent to your registered email.
Results
Within 20 working days from the receipt of the swab sample from our laboratory, your Result Report will be ready.
A notification will be sent to the e-mail you provided when creating your profile. An e-mail notification will be sent to the healthcare professional, should you have requested to have access to your results and it has been accepted.
