To order the test, please contact your doctor.
Pay by debit/credit or prepaid card upon completion of your online registration at myEMR. Alternatively, you can make a deposit to one of the following bank accounts.
When making the deposit it is necessary to mention your Name and Serial number.

Collect sample
The sampling procedure is carried out by a doctor or qualified personnel.
Prior to taking the saliva sample and for at least 30 minutes, the patient should NOT:
Eat food
Chew gum
Drink any liquid
Brush your teeth
Do mouth washes
Smoke or vape
Wear lipstick

To receive a free buccal swab (saliva sample) you should follow the procedure below:
• Make an appointment at the Affidea diagnostic center of your choice
• When you arrive at the center, bring the kit with the swabs as well as the completed and signed documents by you and your treating physician
• After completing the download, leave the kit with the swabs and the white scraps of the documents at the center's secretariat.
Keep the yellow scraps and the registration instructions brochure for yourself.
At-home sampling with charge
If you wish to have the sampling carried out at your premises, we offer the home service (saliva sample) with €20 charge.
For home sampling you should follow the procedure below:
Affidea (service available for Attica, Thessaloniki, Kozani, Kavala, Heraklion, Chania, Sparta and Kalamata)
• Enter here to book your appointment online by filling out the available form. Alternatively, you will find the information to book your appointment by phone or email.
• During the scheduled collection of the swab at your premises, make sure you have the kit with you, as well as the completed and signed documents from you and your treating doctor.
• Upon completion of the collection, hand the swab kit and the white copies of the documents to the representative at your site.
Keep the yellow scraps and the registration instructions brochure for yourself.
iNURSE (service available for Attica)
• Call 210 2205674 to arrange an appointment with an iNURSE representative
• During the scheduled collection of the swab at your premises, make sure you have the kit with you, as well as the completed and signed documents from you and your treating doctor.
• Upon completion of the collection, hand the swab kit and the white copies of the documents to the representative at your site. Pay the amount of €20 in cash to the nurse or by bank transfer.

Visit myEMR (myemr.idna.gr) and create your professional profile with your own passwords by selecting the Register button.
Serial Registration
Select Register New Kit / Resume Registration and register your patient’s iDNA PGx CNS kit. Enter the Serial Number that you find attached to the back of the registration leaflet. This number is in the format ID123456, with the first two digits consisting of letters and the remaining six digits consisting of numbers.
Language selection
Select the registration language that also determines the language of the results report

Enter the patient's personal details..
Terms and consents
Complete the Patient Consent for the Protection of Personal Data concerning Pharmacogenetic Analysis.
Buccal swab sample
Enter the date on which your patient’s buccal swab was collected.
Check & finalize registration
Check the data you have recorded to ensure that it is correctly reflected in the report, as there is no possibility of correction after finalization.
Inform your patient that the amount of 140€ must be deposited in one of the following bank accounts of iDNA Laboratories for the iDNA PGx CNS Kit.

When making the deposit, it is necessary to provide their full name and Serial number.
If your patient chooses to register their own iDNA PGx CNS kit, you will receive an email notification to provide your consent for the Pharmacogenetic Analysis. Select the Consent menu in your myEMR business account and give your consent for the analysis to proceed.
How to complete your registration?
Make sure you have signed the documents included in the Kit. Your patient must complete and send them to iDNA Laboratories.
Visit myEMR (myemr.idna.gr) and create your personal profile with your own passwords by selecting the Register button.

Serial Registration
Select Register New Kit / Resume Registration and register the iDNA PGx CNS kit you received through your doctor. Patient Data
Enter the patient's personal details. Then, enter the details of the attending physician who you wish to access the results. Select a physician from the available list. With your physician's consent, the process will proceed. The treating physician will always have access to your results.

Complete the Consent Statement and learn about the Privacy Policy regarding Pharmacogenetic Analysis.
Buccal swab sample
Enter the date on which the buccal swab was collected.
Check & finalize registration
Review the data you provided to ensure it is correctly reflected in your personal report. After finalisation there is no possibility of correction.
Payment
Pay online the Pharmacogenetics Analysis by debit/credit or prepaid card upon completion of your online registration at myEMR. Alternatively, you can make a deposit to one of the following bank accounts of iDNA Laboratories. When making the deposit it is necessary to mention your Name and Serial number.
How to complete your registration?
Fill in the 3 documents included in the kit and sign them.
Make sure they are also signed by your treating doctor.
Send Sample Kit
Inform your patient that they must send the iDNA PGx CNS kit box to iDNA Laboratories.
